Well, I don't know Model A parts like I do Model T parts, but since they have a flange for what appears to be brake backing plates, are they Model A? Like I said, I'm not that familiar with A stuff.

Not sure, been so long since I worked on an A. Don’t think the kingpin hole is big enough.

Been a long time for me also not working on those modern model As. However, I do remember that their axle/spindle is the reverse of the model T. The axle is a straight stub while the spindle has the fork whereas the model T has the fork on the axle and the spindle fits inside the fork.
Most automobiles used the fork on the axle style front ends prior to the mid 1920s. However, most cars did not get front wheel brakes until the late 1920s. So these would likely be some marque with forked axles late enough to have used front wheel braking. I don't recall what axle/king pin style Chevrolet had in 1928? But that was the first year for front wheel braking for them.

Could these be from an aftermarket kit that installs front wheel brakes on the Model T? Too bad the rest of the parts are missing. Perhaps someone has one of these kits (or a similar one) installed on their Model T and can show how this installation works?

How close to T dimension are the spindle part that fits in the wheel?
I could be interested in them if they could fit into the T hub!

Without some measurements, it is pretty difficult to know. But to me it appears to be too short to be meant for use in a model T axle? I am fairly sure that it wouldn't be very difficult to add some height to it, however material likely may need to be added both top and bottom.
It does look very similar on the wheel spindle portion to a mid 1920s Chevrolet spindle before they added the front wheel braking. Mid 1920s Chevrolet spindles do adapt well for use on model T axles, one of my previous model T speedsters had them.
It would be an interesting project to use these to adapt period correct front wheel brakes onto a model T!

They appear to me that the kingpins of tilted, which would certainly imply to me that front brakes were part of their design.
