New Brassworks radiator

Just installed a new Brassworks radiator in a 25 T coupe. The owner had ordered it the end of last summer and finally recived it around New Years. It replaced an original round tube. I had the usual hassles with the radiator hoses getting them to come apart. I did have one issue with the radiator, the passenger side dropped right down over the thimble as it should. The driver's side would not seat at all, too high and would not drop completley over the thimble. I looked and looked, and messed with it for at least a half an hour. Could not see what the problem was, Finally I looked at the back side from a different angle, and saw the issue. I was in someone else's garage, and did not have the light I needed. That and I'm looking at the back side of a flat black radiator, and a black frame. The overflow tube was too long, and was on the frame gusset. Ran home, got my motor tool and cut 1/2 off the end of the overflow tube. Passenger side dropped down where it was supposed to go. Not a complaint, just an FYI
