I wonder why the photo is blurry?
The original image is nice and clear.

(1) It was a photo of the people in their department - the truck was just "equipment", the important thing was pointing at Casey or Joe or Freddy and knowing who they and their family were, remembering the last picnic in 1926, etc... We did crew pictures every year like that - we'd either bein front of our building or yard sign or in front of our one cool piece of equipment, but the important thing was who was who, not what they were in front of.
(2) Scanner settings. You need to use more megapixels for the scan. For example: when you scan the picture, A lot of the time you can choose "send in an email" where there are like 640dpi, or "Print" where it can be 2400 dpi... The more detailed the picture, however, the larger the file and the longer it takes. Some lists won't allow attachment files over a certain size, and will either reject the submission or degrade the pictore to be within their limits.
