One of the guys over there decided it would be "cool" (I guess) to repost that (deleted) kid's shock video on that group. The guy posting it then defended posting it "to show this entitlled kid's antics". I'm sorry, but the LAST thing I want or need is to either give that (deleted) more youtube hits or be unknowingly subjected to seeing something that makes me literally, violently ill. (I've seen a LOT of "bad stuff" in my life, but that one lost me my breakfast... and any respect for that person or the group over there.)

I didn't even have a choice to see it or not - I opened the page, and BANG, there it is, running away, before I could do anything.

I'm sorry, but as someone who loves old vehicles (fairly passionately), having that stuffed in my face broke me. I'm debating whether to pull the plug on that FB thing after this, as while I can deal with (and hopefully correct) the misinformation going on there, this is, well, too much. I actually feel violated over this, and it takes a LOT to make ME feel violated.

Thats the one, and it was clickbait for his youtube channels. No point whatsoever, the only reason was to show he could do it. And get more attention for his immature actions.

The administrator(s) is not on Facebook 24/7 so does not get everything removed as quickly as some would like. Each page has their own administrator that volunteers their time to make sure everything is safe. As a viewer, part of your job is to report such listings so they can be removed. Complaining here is not going to accomplish anything. Within the last month or so, this subject was discussed here. On at least one of the Model T pages, I think the administrator posted a notice that the person who posted such tripe would be delt with.

and everyone on this Forum should be outraged by something on Facebook, why?

sort of like someone climbing over the neighbor's 6' fence, tip-toeing across their yard, giving the dog a treat, peering through their closed blinds and then railing to the neighborhood about their irresponsible behavior.

Facebook is what you choose it to be. Mine is grandkids, friends and Model Ts. Anything else gets bumped.

I hope that he gets an awful disease and doesn't die.

I don't like what he does to the cars, but I also don't think it's right that people wish illness and death on someone either.

Every since I saw that piece of decomposed human fecal matter destroy a beautiful 1978 or 9 ford 4x4, I have always felt like he should have to walk everywhere he goes in boots filled with broken glass. He is some spoiled rich kid that gets his kicks off making people sick as he has with the Model T he destroyed. No 1 in the old car hobby should support his actions. legal or not,morally right or not. His actions are detrimental to the hobby as it devalues the cars or whatever else is being destroyed and makes it acceptable to the next generations . Sure, short term it takes even more parts off the market to make a limited few even wealthier for the short term, but what about the hobbyist that is not grown yet or born? We want our hobby to continue, not perish.

I've seen the video where the T is destroyed and frankly you can find as much destruction in a 1920s comedy film. I don't think the video or the channel will keep the sun from coming up tomorrow, nor do I think the channel or the host have any redeeming qualities. It's not something I would want to be famous or remembered for. There are many YT channels hosted by young people that try their hardest to save and maintain the old stuff.. I'll concentrate my attention on them.

Randahl. yes, there was movies made at a time when T's were junkers. They are no longer junkers. The 1's remaining are historical machines that someone made a effort to preserve for future generations,not to mention their own enjoyment.
Try find a front passenger side door for a 1977 Chevrolet Impala wagon, you can't. they were all destroyed in demo derbys by idiots and now that I have been looking for that and a rear drivers side door for about 5 years,I have YET to find 1 in at least better shape than the 1's on the car I am wanting to repair.

I would be happy to wish something worse upon this waste of space. The best I could wish him is a terrible illness. I would love to see a video of this asshole getting his face mashed in until he cannot be reconized. I would play it at the start of every day so I could smile at the sound of him chocking on his blood and teeth as he is taking his last breath. If nothing else he deserves to burn in hell for an eternity while his undead corpse is devoured by ticks earwigs and other terrible things. This asshole and Justin Trudeau are the only two people in the world that deserve this fate. The would would be a much better happier place after their violent deaths

Robert, I appreciate your passion, but as a new member of the Forum you may not know that we generally self-police to keep things at least an adult/respectful level of civil discourse.

please reconsider tone of postings, as there is in fact a moderator who looks in on things and there are plenty of other on-line sites where venting death and destruction are not only tolerated, but encouraged. This isn't that place.

please take this as the advice that it is intended to be, and not an attack on you personally. I have one person on the "ignore list" and hope to not make it two.

I'm looking forward to this topic heading to the ashbin, just as the first one on the exact same topic mercifully did.

Sorry guess I got carried away. People like him are a bit of a sore spot. People work their whole lives to own something like that and then there are people like him.

I agree. But there will always be people like him and they're not going away, so it's best to ignore them and enjoy life as it comes at you.

I hope you get lots of great advice here and get your project underway and really begin to enjoy the "T Life"

I wish I were better at not getting hateful at people like him. Deleting Facebook a few months ago helped a lot but some things sure do make my blood boil. This is a great resource and I will have lots of upcoming questions for everyone.

That moron visited the Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan with his big truck. He made scene at a local small town eatery, by bringing in his own food.
It got out of hand when his fans targeted the establishment with their foolishness. To hell with him.

Now you know why I'm not on Facebook.

Someone ,Scott? read my post here about needing some car doors and sent me a email about a website and I was able to locate doors,now waiting to find out if they ship and the cost.
