Many years ago when I was in high school, I met Ralf Moody (Holeman and Moody).
Ralf helped with a NASCAR modified that I worked on when he visited family in Taunton Ma.
I remember his telling us how to move the suspension anchor points to get a better front end geometry and to remove a few pounds of weight.
i was recently doing a web search and learned that one of Ralf’s early racecars had a Model T motor with a 2x4 frame.
I can’t imagine what that would have been like!
I wish I had spent more time with him.
