Jay in Northern California

Post by Barth_Tool_Co » Thu May 16, 2019 8:50 am

I recently purchased a carburetor from "Jay In Northern California"... Great packing, fast shipping, a real stand up guy I'd do business with again in a heartbeat.

Jay is a credit to the hobby, we're lucky to have him!

I haven't bought anything from Jay but the photos he finds have given me so many hours of enjoyment. The accessories he has shown here over the years are delightful and often have the original box and instructions. He truly has added so much to the forums. I hope to get over that way to a swap meet to meet him some day.

When did I do that?

I've posted this on the classified forum before. The only bad thing
about Jay's stuff is it has the shelf life of a peeled banana! I've learned the hard way
that if he posts a accessory and I think it's really cool someone else does too.
I pull the trigger much faster now! Thanks for being a great resource!

I have purchased things from Jay while I was at his house. The huge amount of beautiful and interesting things he has in organized order in cabinets and all over his house are mind boggling. All of you enjoyed all the different and unique items he posts for sale but you haven’t seen nothing yet compared to what he still has in stock. He jokingly told me that if you see his name in the hobituary you come to my house running cause the wife is selling everything. Great person and a credit to the hobby. Frank
