…..and you have a choice of engine out or engine in the T; choose the former ! It’s taken me 3 days !- actually 3 x 0630-1000 for 3 days until ambient temp hit 100* and I quit for air conditioning. The actual fashioning of the coiled up copper tubing wasn’t the most difficult (I was installing while engine in ‘14 runabout). But inserting the fitting into the bolt hole next to the crankshaft required removal of timer linkage and greatly loosening fan belt to make a hundred half turns with a 9/16” open end. Then the fastening of that ferrule and nut around the tubing on to the front fastener was difficult for me. Lastly, the arm strong wrestling of the copper tube into the new crummy repop brass circular mag post was difficult. That chunk of round brass “mag post” was about 3/16” too far to the rear to line up 3 screws necessitating several grinding trips. Therefore I believe this best Model T accessory installation is much easier accomplished with engine on a stand instead of constantly leaning over a left front fender
With the trend of one-up-manship on this Forum, there’ll surely be a contradiction
