I'm posting a few pictures of my 1927 speedster that I made A change in the body from a buckboard style to a 27 roadster cowl with a complete windshield. This car had an engine failure back in 2001 and I decided to change the body at that time This coming labor day is the anniversary of the engine failure. Things got in the way of getting it back running till this year (2023). I think it turned out pretty nice. I also used a whippet radiator.

Lookin good Tom! Those Ash wire wheels are lookin sharp as well. Hope to see you this weekend in Eagle Creek, OR for the speedster run…

Tom, Are you using the original plumbing (inlet pipe and exit pipe) on that Whippet radiator? If so, does that work OK on your T motor, especially with the overhead? How'd you do that? I want to put my Whippet radiator on my speedster but I was worried I'd have to change out the plumbing to match the size of the water pipes on the head and block.... Rollie

Good question, I've been pondering the same decision

I had new Model T size brass inlet & outlets pipes made by my local, now retired radiator repair guy 30+ years ago that modified & attached to my Whippet radiator - original Whippet coolant pipes are quite small !
