Question for those who have installed a Holley NH in place of their Vaporizer Carbs

Can you please explain the best way to attach the choke on the inlet to the mixture control rod, so that when you pull it up, it will act as a choke when starting, as it did when it was interfaced with the original vaporizer carb? Do any of the vendors such as Snyders or Macs supply a proper linkage for this?
I know that Ford never issued a kit for this, so apparently owners were left to their own devices when they removed the Vaporizer and put the Holley NH on the car.

CHOKE ROD SLEEVE
Part # T-4591 | Model Year 26-27
In 26-27 the T's did not have a separate rod to choke the carb. This sleeve slips up the carb control beyond the cotter pin hole. A piece of wire goes from this sleeve down to the choke arm so when you pull up on the carb control, you choke the carb. U.S.A.
This is from Snyder's Antique Auto. I have it on my 1927 and it works great.

I have one of those as a spare part.
How far up the mixture rod does it need to mount? (That is, how far in inches above the edge of the mixture adjust sleeve that is mounted on the carb, and that the mixture adjust rod slides into, to the center of this little clip?)
(My mixture adjustment rod is undrilled as of now. I want to know the correct place to put the cotter pin through.)

Those sleeves you are referring to were used on the late 1925's too.

I have the same setup on my '27 and have no complaints with it. I confess that the conversion was done before I met the car.
