I'm working on my 1919 centerdoor restoration project. I remember seeing a thread on the forum a while back from another member who either made or had made the fabric fold-over welting that is used extensively in a centerdoor body. The piping that surrounds the seat backs and carpets in the car has the same stripped pattern as the welting. As I want the upholstery in my car to be as correct as possible, I would like to do the same and copy the original welting. I have spent a considerable amount of time searching and cannot find that thread again. I would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction, or better find others who have already done what I'm contemplating doing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
