Reproduction Schrader 777 tire valve

I am thinking of having a batch of Schrader 777 style tire valves made. I have no idea what the price would be yet; naturally the number made would have a lot to do with the per unit cost. What I have in mind would be a valve ready to install on an inner tube with a nut and washer. You supply the outer nut, cap and dust cover. A reply, if you might be interested (assuming a reasonable price), and the number you could see yourself buying would be appreciated. Any other comments would be weclome. If anyone else is already doing this, let me know. I am only trying to fill a perceived need, not compete with anyone's established business.

That is a positive step. A&L did it for the Model A's. I prefer the 888 for my cars. It is 1/4" shorter and works just the same. Keep in mind Dan McEachern makes the correct rim nuts for these valves.

Please put me down for 10, thanks. BTW, correct bridge washers are getting pretty tough to find as well.
