running board iron support adjustments

I am rebuilding a 1915 T runabout. I have acquired a very nice frame but am having to install the supports for the running boards. The will each need some adjustments as they are used parts out of a pile of parts. I looked up earlier discussions and found some that are over ten years old. There is reference to factory drawings that detail the specs on where the supports should be to correctly align the running boards so the fenders and apron will fit correctly.

Can anyone help me with this? there was a link to a page with a PDF file but it seems to have gone away on the internet.

Thanks.

Google "running board bracket jig, mtfca". It's a post on a jig Tom Rootlieb made to get your brackets perfect. There's a link with all the measurements to make your own.
