Looks like fun! I wonder what sleigh bells would sound like tied to a spoke? ;)
Merry Christmas Scott.

Could never do that around here 'cause the Salt Demons already have the roads caked thick and white with salt residue, even with the mild weather coming up can't take a chance. That salt will draw moisture and be as wet as all get out with salt water spraying on the cars. We be done til April!! Even then it may not be good.

Salt destroys, wet or dry. Wet, it makes a corrosive, sticky mist. When very dry, it makes a fine crystalline dust and gets into everything, then, when humidity rises, it draws moisture and sticks in place and goes to work destroying.

How about 2200 lights and a sound system to play Christmas music as you drive along.
I used to do this every year until the Cops told me I couldn't have flashing blue lights on a moving vehicle. :|

That just shows how common sense isn't and that police officers are not immune to stupidity and pettiness.
Like you are going to impersonate a cop and pull over someone with flashing christmas lights in a 100 year old car.

Drew and Bob might be OK because the lights are on their cars, but with a black car and everyone else enjoying and looking at the lights around it would be very dangerous. I guess a lot of bells and lights on the car would be safer.

They are called LED Micro Lights and are available from Amazon and sometimes at Walmart. They come in strings of various lengths with self contained battery packs.
The shorter lengths are just right for weaving between the wheel spokes (wire or wood). The battery packs are fastened to the wheel spokes with tape or zip ties.
The longer string lengths are good for along the sides of the top of the car or along the fender and running board edges. The lights are very small but show up nicely in the dark, and they are not very expensive.
