Here you go. Whenever in doubt read the instructions. Paragraph 288-289
The new shafts may need to be driven in correctly as one shaft end will be slightly smaller than the other.

Check the size of the holes after you push them out .
We have seen replacement pins that are oversize and will crack the flywheel when trying to reinstall.!

J and M: Are the current replacement shafts made the same size the length of the shaft or like the ones mentioned in the manual. Probably the same size length wise and then ream the gear bushing to fit? Thanks

Hello John:
Yes approximately the same ,you just have to be aware that the portion that presses into the flywheel is right size as there may still be some oversize ones out there. You don't ream the triple gear bushings as they aren't on center to the triple gear after you press the bushings in they get distorted.
Shown on Herm's link he bored them in a lathe as we do to the right size that way there aren't any tight spots when you turn the transmission drums when assembled.
Don't forget to check the flywheel as they do crack .

I'm pretty sure that Herm's procedure shows the triple gear in his lathe where he is facing the bushing thrust surface and then adding a chamfer to the bore- not boring the bushing for fit. He does this in a separate step using a fixture and a reamer. Boring the bushings to size is best practice as John states above, but a word of warning when this is done. The outside diameters of the original Ford triple gears do not run true to the gear profile, so you cannot simply chuck them up and start boring them. The only proper way to do this is to indicate the gear teeth over pins and then bore the bushings.
