Went out on the First as I always try to do took pictures but none turned out, so today Hank and I tried again. We put about seven miles on the T it was a bit cool at 31* but we managed to survive. Happy New Years to everyone. Jim

Great looking Roadster! Although, a Roadster with the top down in Sandusky this time of year is probably a little cool.

Looks great! I really like the looks of the black wheels. I have the straw yellow ones and would like to get them painted black someday.

I put white walls on our '26 runabout a few years ago, kind of sorry I did since Blackwalls don't show scuffs that much

Several years ago, I toured with Jim at 45 F. It was comfortable after we removed the upper floorboard from our cars. It helps if the sun is shining and with light wind. This doesn't happen very often here in Sandusky, Ohio in the late fall and early winter.

Jim, you need counseling!  Just kidding! I'm glad you're tough enough to brave it, far be it for me, probly not even in Stanley the Fordor!! Maybe someday with the floorboard removed like Art said. Trouble is the roads are literally WHITE today, and it wasn't snow...it was SALT. From here to Bascom like that. Can't remember 3 days ago but suspect out here they were. Good test for Hank's new winter coat!

Wear your long underwear and a wool coat with a good hat and a COVID mask. Not to prevent the disease but to keep your nose from falling off. You might also wear goggles if they don't fog up! Here we have some 65 or 70 degrees in January, however it has only been in the 50's today and expected to drop to 28 overnight. Might be a bit of frost. Later this week expect a storm with light rain here but some snow on the mountains over 4,000' Once in several years we might get an inch of snow here but usually melts as soon as the sun comes out. At my age, after living here 88 years, it would be hard to adjust to the cold temperatures. I thought it was cold when we went to the mountains for a few days! Used to take the kids there just to experience snow.

I forgot to mention the waters that you can see in the background is Sandusky Bay that empty's into Lake Erie. The structure you can see in the one background is the coal docks they ship coal all over the Great lakes from there. Tim, Art and myself plus various other club members go gallivanting all over the countryside when the weather is less cool shall we say. Jim
