Where and what swapmeets will be coming up in the next few months, especially in the south east corner of the US

Not in the southeast really, but March 2 has a one day at Marietta, Ohio. And there is always Luray, VA which is really good too, with a tour to boot!

Not T, but who knows what shows up. Moultrie Ga, April.
Your best bet is Luray Va, last year there were over 70 vendors.

And last year at Luray, there was a large amount of T items, well worth the trip!
Everything works in theory.
Reality is how you determine if something works or not.
