Crap in the carburetor

Sven and Ole push their Model T to the local garage.
They tell the mechanic that it died and they can't restart it.
After the mechanic works on it for a few minutes, it easily starts and idles smoothly.
Sven says, "Vat's da story?"
Mechanic replies, "Just crap in the carburetor."
Ole asks, "How often do vee haff to do dat?"
