I'm pretty sure the REO has a 1912-13-14 Minnesota license plate.
According to my Minnesota 1912 Official State Automobile directory, plate 14711 was registered to M.C. Christopherson of Mabel, Minnesota.
The bluffs are an indication that the photo was taken in the vincinity of the Mississippi River and the Minnesota/Wisconsin border.
Mabel is located near the Iowa border and about forty miles west of the Mississippi River.

In the third picture down , of a 1919-20 open Motel T , that is the first time I have seen that type of a very interesting steering stabilizer.

The last photo is a late 1917. It has the 1915 through 1917 model year's horn button, but the offset windshield hinges introduced mid model year 1917. Cannot see the top's rear window/light which could possibly pin it down to a month or two closer. Era photos seem to indicate that the tombstone rear light was replaced by the three rear window lights maybe two months after the windshield hinge change.
