Homecoming Swap Meet Registration is Open!

Its time to get your 2024 Homecoming Swap Meet booth!
Here are the guidelines for this year's event. Please note some things have changed so please read through everything carefully:
All Swap Meet vendor spaces are outdoors.
• Spaces are 10 x 10 ft. Vendors can purchase up to 8 contiguous spaces.
• If selling from a trailer, it MUST fit inside three spaces MAX. NO VEHICLES MAY BE PARKED IN VENDOR SPACES.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and tents.
• Security WILL NOT be provided; vendors are solely responsible for their property before, during, and after the event.
• Swap Meet spaces are sold on a first come, first served basis. Spaces are limited, so reserve your space early.
• There is absolutely NO TRAILER PARKING ON THE MUSEUM GROUNDS!
• THERE IS NO TRAILER PARKING IN THE DEPOT DISTRICT BEFORE SATURDAY MORNING, June 1!
• Vendors are responsible for checking with their hotel or campsite to confirm if overnight trailer parking is available there.
• Vendor set up time begins at 7:00 am on Saturday, June 1, 2024.
Early registration is due by Friday, May 17, 2024. Fee is $20/space.
Registrations received between May 18 – May 26 are $25/space.
Registrations received between May 27 – May 31 are $40/space. No refunds or cancelations after May 17.
There are three ways to register and pay for Swap Meet Vendor space fees:
1. Register online and pay with a credit card or PayPal account at www.MTFCA.com/homecoming and click on “Swap Meet.”
2. Print and complete the form; mail with your check, payable to MTFCA, 310 N. 8th Street, Richmond, IN 47374-3035
3. Call the MTFCA Business Office and pay with a credit card: 765-373-3106
