Cylinder head casting date?

I'm rebuilding a 1922 T engine that came out of an estate sale. It was my understanding from the previous owner of it that it had the head removed, so he installed one for selling the engine. It is a low head, and I noticed the numbers cast into the head, that can be seen in the pictures below.

Can anyone tell me if the 2 7 and 13 numbers mean the head was cast in 1913 or is the '2' not a date and the casting date is July 13th?

thanks,

Neal

The casting date is month & day (July 13th) http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/41 ... 1416984815
Change to a high head started in 1917 from the MTFCA Encyclopedia https://www.mtfca.com/encyclo/1917.htm
ENGINE: No major changes from 1916 except for an enlarged “high” head with greater water capacity.
