Wow! (I get tired of using that word, but it is so right, succinct, and to the point!!)
Just no better way to say it. That car is awesome!

Great videos, What a gem you have there. I am not knowledgeable on most of the car features what is the rod used for that is c clamped to the floor board that he adjusts at the end of the video?

I think that is to release the extra steam.

Hi Rob,

I didn't know you as well. But if you are coming in Canada and traveling in Quebec province and visiting our beautiful Quebec City, please feel free to contact me any time. Always nice knowing someone who could help if you have any issue.

Wish you a safe and nice trip!

Here bellow a picture of our Chateau Frontenac and the old Quebec City. Look like Europe but it was in North America.

Thanks guys. Perry, that is the five ball carb rich/lean adjusting rod. The racer at THF has the same setup. Mario, Peter Fawcett's shop is just outside Ontario, so I won't get to Quebec. It does look like a bit of Europe, and the Ford Special does have a history in France.

Thanks guys. Looking for the right time next week to take the trip. Peter sent more pics this morning. All that's missing are the front floorboards.

Who would ever guess under that stock hood lies a 292 cu. in. 1910 Ford motor? 8-)

That thing is just wonderful to look at! And about time someone resurrected that very important piece of Ford history.

Drive safely! And don't pop too many buttons.

Thanks for the 5 ball carb adjustment lesson Rob, I just thought of something you'll need when driving that car...Because your going to be smiling ear to ear you will need a big tooth brush to help remove the bugs at the end of a drive!
