Mystery Side Curtain

Here is a side curtain that needs an explanation! Does anyone know what year it is for? It appears to be Ford, because of the grain of the material, and the method of attaching the rivets for the straps. This is only one of four I have. If I can get a positive on this, I'll post the other three.
