I'm having concerns on the quality of the finish of the new bushings being made today for the vendors, the new bush is lacking adequate oil lines cut internally. New on the left and an original on the right.

Hard to tell from your fuzzy picture.
The 'new" bushings I have seen have had adequate groove depth.
I havent had an issue, but I am still using Z bronze bushings from old inventory. Also been resizing & using the original bushings as much as possible. You can recut the grooves with a small ball cutter in a die grinder, I have done this to refurbished original bushings. It aint pretty, but it is functional. I would be more concerned with the bushing alloy.
Most importantly when you cut the flange for the required .006-.010 clearance, that you re chamfer 1/8-3/16 then cut a ramp to the existing groove. Your used example doesnt/didnt have enough chamfer. IMO.

Yes, the chamfer is still showing on the old one but only just as the flange was worn flush to the fly wheel.
