Looking for information on who everyone uses for repairing and rebuilding their brass lights. The side lamps on my 12 touring are cracked around the rivets making them loose and I would like to get them repaired

What I did was I bought 3 lamps which were parts lamps I then took them all apart by unsoldering them and then took the best pieces and built a right hand tail light for my 1912 touring . I'm not finding my pictures but The top the back and the bottom are one piece and the lens are side front side, so what you need is a donor lamp with a good top bottom and back or just look for a better side lamp. I find them for 50 bucks or less ,the font is missing most of the time. It may just be me but I was raised being told you can fix anything and if you can't get it back together than you find someone that can and make sure you watch them fix it. It has worked well for me.

Excellent work and great to work with. Did all my late 1911 lamps and acetylene tank. Very satisfied with turnaround time, cost, and especially the exceptional detail of work.

Scott Rosenthal did a workshop on it. I think you can find the videos on YouTube.
