I asked my Father 5 years ago how long will the speedometer cable last , me did not have an answer other than it was original to the car and it works all is good . Today I took the car in a parade and it happened ,one of the links broke. So the answer to the question is 107 years,my guess is the warranty is over. Cheers from Winnipeg
