I took my 26 T coupe to a body shop to have it repaired and painted. About 20 months later I brought it home in a couple of pickup loads(bad experience). Question, where do the wood blocks go

I would not take my T to a body shop that hadn't done another T first. I have run across a few good body shops, but I have found five bad ones for every good one. I presently have one fender that I would like to have sandblasted and painted, but I'm relatively new here in SW Florida and have no idea where to take it.
