Seems to be a 1915/16 chassis.
Looks like it has the enlarged top radiator tank that was probably Australian. Maybe one of folks from there can comment on those. It does appear to have fork mounted electric headlights and three tier square kerosene side lamps. Canadian cars used spade mount side lamps a while longer than U.S. Nice canvas water bag on the side of the seat.
Great photo.

Re: OLD PHOTO - Brass Era - Outback In A Ford
Here in South Australia, Ford distributors Duncan and Fraser made what they called a station utility body for T model chassis. This is typical of same, right down to the buggy type seat backrest. While many Australian Ts had the larger 'Colonial' top radiator tank, this one looks standard. The trees in the background are typical dryland Mallee types. These multi stemmed Eucalypt species grow up from a large lignotuber in the ground. Fire will destroy the growth above the ground, but they re-shoot from the root. They are doing just that after a crop fire just down the road from our farm. It did make it very hard to clear land for farming, as the large 'roots' had to be physically pulled to stop them re-shooting.

Probably what is called a “Colonial Tank” on the Radiator.
