RE: running board mother in law seat
There were some cars in the late teens and early twenties that were equipped with running board mother in law seats from the factory. For example, Kissel Gold Bug speedsters. When not in use, the armrest and seat back were folded down and the entire unit slid into the side of the body, like a drawer.

With the smooth paved roads of today, chances are she will still be seated at the end of the tour.

So, so much hood space - and not a single photo has a hood sitter.

I like the home built 3 wheel tractor in that 1 pic, to the left of 2 speedsters

Interesting collection of speedster pics! Nice to see a couple 490 chebbys in there. I’m always amazed to see how many Universal (reproduced by McLaren) wire wheels are in era pics. Even more amazing this time is there are 2 sets of Budd wire wheels on T’s. A couple sets of Buffalos and looks like Dayton #10’s on the 1 man car

What a fantastic group of speedster photos! And I am fairly sure that none of them are ones I have seen before?
First of particular interest, are a few duplicating cars however.
Photo number five has a neat tractor, and two speedsters lined up. The middle speedster can be better seen right below it in photo number six, a pretty sharp looking car! The other speedster (behind or forward of the middle car), is the same car as photo number three, above number five photo. Also a fine looking car, and a girl friend in a raccoon coat!
Photo number eight might also be that same car, maybe a Chevrolet 490? I don't like the ebay logo in the photo, but I sure like seeing the car.
I wonder where the gasoline tank is? Is it the square thing? Or is the gasoline tank inside the square thing? Otherwise, where could it be?
Photo number four is a nice brass era speedster. And interesting to me? The fenders all look like they are from a model 22 Metz (I have three Metz fenders in my Metz pile).
16, 19, & 20, all appear to have typical later black radiator steel shells adapted over brass radiators.
