Second one is Half Dome, the car was that they call now a QRV (Quick Response Vehicle), otherwise known as a "Chief's" car. Mariposa Mokelumne Fire Dept - My guess is either the Chief snuk off with the missus in the old chief's car for a fun day in the park, or maybe the couple bought the car from the FD. Great photo there!
The sad one is further down. The car on it's top, old milk cans all over, the hitch of horses, which is bad enough, but the doc standing next to it with his bag closed, on the ground, next to him...
One of granddad's businesses was a dairy, so seeing the cans on the ground makes me glad neither he nor my dad ended up in the same situation as the driver of that one.

The pennant hanging by the windshield appears to say Lake George, however I can't see all of it well enough to be sure.
Whether that helps any or not?
The car appears to be a 1915 or 1916 with later front fenders, and well used. The clothing styles are unusual, and appear to be much later than 1916. The one fellow might be wearing a swim suit with some unusual sort of pants.
