New speedster pitman arm.

I have been working for years (decades actually) on my 26 speedster. I am using a heavily modified model A steering box as a substitute for one of the period available racing boxes. I made a new, longer, custom steering column, with custom controls and a new steering box mount. In the process, I changed the angle of the column which caused an issue with the pitman arm. When the box was at the center of its travel, the arm was about 18 degrees from vertical. To fix that I made a custom one. I had a local shop water jet cut the square for the shaft then did the rest on the mill and finished it with a file. I had to heat it up and give it a 12 degree twist and a bit of an “S” shape. Tonight I cut the taper for the ball. I need to do a touch more shaping at the small end but it’s looking pretty good.
