I just switched my coupe from my daily driver policy to Hagerty. $195/yr with $500 deductible collision. Seems like a great deal, its half of what I was paying and that didnt include collision.

You won't know if it's a good deal or not until you have a claim.

All individual cases will be different I'm sure, especially dealing with any insurance co. Heck, I live in FL after all...nobody trusts insurance Co's here!!!
I chose Haggerty given my cousins experience. He has a Model A 4dor, it was fully restored, but was partially destroyed in a garage fire. Hagerty gave him the full contract value, and allowed him to keep it, where he is restoring it once more.
While that was the selling point for me, neither am I delusional in thinking there aren't just as many horror stories. Insurance is always a crap shoot, but I'm happy with Haggerty.

Good to hear that his claim worked out to his advantage.

You realize that the lower rate is based on limited use, correct?

Concerning limited use or mileage limits, READ YOUR POLICY. If it is too restricted to suit you, explore other policy options with your company, or choose another if they don't offer what you want.

Limited use is exactly what a T is, so it should be fine. Its not a daily driver car for me but maybe for others. Definately not taking it today.

Well when I went to get insurance on my tpickup I happened to check where I get my daily driver insurance and they do Grundy, so, I went that route so i could just walk in after going to get breakfast at the grill and pay it in cash or debt card either 1. so far i haven't needed it. thank goodness. kinda like a fire truck, you hope you don't need it but when you do, you hope it works.

Is Grundy a similar insurance?
Yes no mileage limit. The closest thing I have in the car for distance measure is the Langs yardstick gas gauge anyway. Perfect for what I do and the price is right.
