hauling tt truck

My grandpa gave me his 1926 tt truck almost 60 years ago but never had a place to store it so I could restore it until now. I need to haul it 400 miles. It has no tires or rims just sitting on the wooden spokes. Any suggestions?

If it has the wheels but no tires or rims, roll it on the trailer.

Siting on the spokes ? I'd say jack it up and roll a trailer under it, place cribbing under
the frame to support the truck, drop it down onto said cribbing, and strap the old dog to
the trailer bed.
The other option is rebuild a set of wheels and then go install them and roll it on/off the
trailer. You are going to have to rebuild a set sooner or later anyway.

Thanks for the information. I didn't know if hauling it on the spokes would do any damage. I know I will have to rebuild the wheels anyway.

I agree with Brent except I would block it up with cribbing under the axles instead of the frame.

I hauled mine about 800 miles by cribbing up under the axles. The tires just barely touched the bed of the trailer. We had no problems.
