I agree with Charlie, if it is 5 on 5 1/2" pattern.

why did Ford go to different spacing on the bolt pattern with Model A? I know question has probably been answered before.

I"ll bet it is too large a pattern for Model T Ford wire wheels ( 5" pattern) and too small for Model A ( 5 1/2" pattern), looks to me to be 1933-35 Chevrolet Standard ( 5 1/4"pattern). Obviously a front hub and without the brake drum ( studs have a short shoulder showing to center the brake drum).
