I would like help in identifying this wire wheel. If possible, could someone please post photos of the correct hub and hub cap to fit this wheel? Thanks in advance.

Looks very similar to a “Universal” wire wheel, which is the inspiration behind the currently produced McLaren wire wheels. The wheel should bolt directly to a stock wood wheel hub, and the cap is simply a dust shield. Of course, there is always the chance that this wheel could have nothing to do a Ford, and fit one of the dozens of other makes from the T era.
The lacing pattern is light duty, and the spoke count appears to be low (approximately 44). Definitely for a very light weight and low power car
