Whilst rebuilding my rear axle and driveshaft, I came across an error in the drawing I made of the 22-27 driveshaft. The parts 2596, 2591 and 2591B were in the wrong alignment.
Also added the Spool Cap Screws 2584B and the rear axle "Pumpkin" for reference.

Very nice.
Just one more minor addition, a note may be helpful to “Drill grease hole halfway thru bushing 2581 in-line with 2545 grease cup.”
Those bushings come un-drilled and grease can’t get to the inner surfaces to the drive shaft without such a hole. Should be about 1/4” dia. hole.

There should be a notch in 2596, shown in the 12 o'clock position, adjacent to the pinion gear, which will align with the woodruff key 2598B. I maybe see the hint of such a notch in your drawing, but if so, it's not oriented to align with the woodruff key.
You do fantastic work!!!

Not sure of the wording, but I do have a color cross section of this assembly that shows the placement of this hole quite clearly and its alignment with Grease/Dope Cup 2545.
