Would anyone have the part number for the inside safety hub seal? Amazon?, NAPA ? Federal Mogul, Timken?

There several different size seals with 1.062 inside diameter but different outside diameters and widths. You really need to know who made your hubs and what size they used.

Dan,
Using the part number on the old box I found the manufacture is SKF. There web site makes it. But there is no distributor anywhere near me. I was hoping I could cross it with a brand name seal maker.
Shaft diameter 1.063
Housing bore diameter 1.499
I found a seal on Amazon that might work
It has a Shaft diameter of 1.063
But the Housing bore diameter 1.561. Only .062 difference Do you feel this one would work?

Take it to a local industrial bearing supply outfit. They can match it up perfectly.

Ditto on Pat's suggestion. There are different safety hubs available from different makers, so there may also be different seals.

Unless you rebore the housing you will not be able to use that seal that is .062 larger. Here is a seal from Zoro that would work based on your dims:

here are two on ebay that will work as well:
