The top on my 1917 touring lacks all of the straps and bits that hold it up and down, it's currently held with string, to the windshield. I have some images of the deteriorated bits I have, but I'm not sure if it's all of it nor do I know what's what. So if anyone can give me a list of the bits I need to order, I would greatly appreciate it.

The correct front and rear straps for 1917 are cotton webbing, not leather. The hooks and buckles shown in your photos won't work with the cotton webbing. The correct hooks and buckles are serrated.

You can use the hardware/buckles you have with your two-man top if you make new leather straps.

Otherwise, Langs sells everything you need regardless if you go with leather or cotton webbing.

The skinny leather straps with the pins are for the pivots on the first and second bows.
