What do I have here ?

I acquired this “gem” a while back with some other junk.
It is a KW model ALC,…. Thinking it is a magneto?
Anyone have any information??

Edit the photo
Trimming it by a little goes a long way to reducing its file size

Click on photo. Hit edit. Resize to 80 %. It will load.
