Anyone ever seen a radiator like this or have a clue on who may have manufactured it?

There might be a tag or stamped on the back of the tank.

I think the Ford logo was added years later. Not original to the radiator.

I think the slash through the shield means it was not made by the Salvation Army

There were a number of radiator companies, large and small, that made replacement radiators for the model T Ford. Some made very high quality radiators, like Livingston. Some were good quality, and recognizable even today like Peerless. And more than a few lesser-known companies catered to local sales. Some were made in the brass era, and some were made later.
I think I have seen one with a similar "shield" on the top tank? It was a long time ago, and I have no idea who made it or when. I also seem to recall a discussion here years ago about some reproduction radiators made for brass era model Ts in the 1960s, when FoMoCo forced the makers to stop putting the "Ford" script on them for awhile. As I recall, someone back in the 1960s use a similar shield on their radiators for awhile.
The honeycomb style can be either good or bad. They cool quite well if they are clean enough inside and don't leak. If they are plugged up, even only partially, Sometimes they can be basically impossible to clean enough inside. Sometimes they can clean up just fine.

As stated by others, it is a generic replacement radiator of the time. I have seen a picture of the same radiator and logo in T era ads, and accessory catalogs of the time. Here is another one on EBay

I didn't see any sort of stamp or tag, but I'll check again! And yes the Ford script was added on later (may or may not have been me!)
Wayne, that's good to know that you've seen something similar in the past. I wonder why they would've "crossed out" the shield with that slash ...?
Ed, if ever you come across an ad for it again please post it here, I'd like to see it.

Google Lens found one for sale in Belgium . It shows a brass label on the back. Tried to zoom in but couldn't read anything. No matches just on the shield with the cross bar

Looks similar to the Shield & Bar Harley Davidson used but the bar was not angled

US Boiler Works made a lot of odd stuff here and there to back fill as required. Definitely looks like their logo.
