I do not believe so. The only adjustement I know of is the screen of whatever device you use, which has nothing to do with the forum.

I don't intend to express any knowledge about the forum software (I'm just an old IT guy), just did a Google search.
There is an "extension" that can be added to the Forum software (phpBB)
https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=2557121
However adding extensions add to the complexity of maintaining the Forum as a whole & compatibility testing of any new extension with the current configuration would be required. Another method would be to add a dark theme (how pages look) but that's extra work & testing as well
It would be up to the Forum Administrators to decide if they could handle it with their current workload.
Also with any extension they always add....
Except where otherwise noted, the phpBB Team is not responsible nor required to provide support for this extension. By installing this extension, you acknowledge that the phpBB Support Team or phpBB Extension Customisations Team may not be able to provide support.

Your phone is adjustable, just go to settings and put in your preference.

A dark mode is easier on the eyes

Easier on the eyes? That depends on the eye of the beholder. Some of the people in Tom Rootlieb's photo posts are far easier on the eye than others!

Yep, frankly I hate dark mode. For me it's harder to see...no doubt everyone is different

Think dark mode would be thru monitor settings not the site you are looking at. Try using your computer search function and type in Dark Mode.

The dark mode setting found in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge only changes the appearance of the browser's menus, toolbars, and settings pages.
So, It may apply a dark theme to websites that have their own native dark mode support, but it won't force a dark theme on websites that don't offer one like the FORUM. Having said that...Browsers follow the operating system's setting (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) to determine whether to display their own interface in light or dark mode.
To manage DARK MODE on an iPhone, it will effect the FORUM pages. Select SETTINGS then DISPLAY & BRIGHTNESS and then DARK there are options to make this AUTOMATIC that is adjusted to the time of day (DARK at night) or force it to be what is the default LIGHT or DARK. You can also adjust the BRIGHTNESS & other functions
Night Shift see explanation
Auto Lock - closes you session requiring you to Logon On (unlock your phone) again
"Raise to Wake" is an iPhone feature that automatically wakes the screen when you lift the device, allowing you to see notifications without pressing any buttons.
Then there's more Text Size, Bold Text & Zoom
