FYI there is a 1918 Couplet Body on ebay. I have no connection to this sale, and it isn't inexpensive, but it can be fun to see a relatively rare body style.

This 1918 body has been for sale for a very long time. It belonged to an acquaintance of the late Stan Howe, who said the body is just a small part of the guys collection of hundreds of rare cars and parts. He is in no hurry to sell any of his stuff, and doesn’t bend much in his pricing.

Having all the old cars and parts gives him something to do. It’s his cars and parts to do with as he wants. He’s asking top money to begin with and hopefully some items might get sold but not many for a while.

Ed's right on the money about this seller. I've dealt with him before and have no complaints, hes a nice enough fellow. but be prepared to pay a whole lot. He also has a 1912 MIL body in about the same condition. I personally can't see asking so much and hanging on for the highest possible price. As a friend of mine once said, "I never saw a guy going to heaven pulling a wagon.!"
