I’ve been trying to figure this out but my question is , h only difference between a 24 and a 25 frame is the emergency brake pawl bracket has two bolts instead of 4 , am I correct , or are there other things to look for ?

Yes, some time in 1925 model year the quadrant had only 2 holes, but the frames continued for a time with the std. 4 holes till perhaps the Improved Car frame in Aug 1925.
Note the 4 holes (one is filled with a bolt), but from the factory the quadrants were riveted in place, Ford didn't use bolts for the quadrant.

Thanks dan !! Everything else is the same ? I have a 25 frame in my parts pile , it’s not a huge deal to change it as I’m not that far with this build , but I also have a two hole quadrant that is off so all I’d have to do is robot or bolt it on .

Didnt Ford keep using the 4 hole frames until the frames were used up when the 2 hole frames were being introduced?
Ford usually used older design parts until they were used up. Thanks for any info about that.
