Can anyone identify these K R Wilson tools? One is identified as a tool for setting end play on a Packard but does not specify year or engine. The other is identified as a Plug Gauge Set. Both are in their original K R Wilson wooden box.

Thanks, but the first two links, only pertain to Ford K R Wilson tools and the Packard link seems to only list non K R Wilson tools.

Those are for the Packard Ultramatic Transmission, not an engine (prefix PU, Packard Ultramtic). The Ultramatic was introduced post-war ('48 or '49, I can't remember) and continued as the main automatic transmission for Packard until the end in 1956.

Thank You, Pep ! I knew someone would come through with the right answer. Since they are not for a Ford, they are FOR SALE, if any Forum reader is into Packards or knows someone who is.

Do you have to be a AACA member to post ? If so, is there anyone who would post an ad for me ?

Would have been used in conjunction with the KRW engine stand.

Yeah, it would have been helpful if I had not forgotten to include that salient point of information. Thank you for the back-up Mark.
