Can someone tell me what this visor might be for?
Looks like it is for an open car or truck. The mounting bracket widths are approximately 39 inches center to center. The brackets have lots of adjustment.

Maybe an aftermarket visor?

Depending on the size of the clamp when closed down and center to center distance between the clamps could be for Ford or any of a number of different open cars to mount on the windshield posts.

Accessory & a rather rare one at that ! Don't see "open" car visors very often.
