There is nothing that runs like one of these! They came in a variety of sizes for different racing engines. Ed Winfield worked for Miller before he went on his own building his carburetors. They were similar but the Miller is a lot simpler and probably IMHO better adapted to T's.

Notice the Master manifold. I have only seen one other of those, the one I had was cast with "Master" on it. Should have kept it and reproduced it.

Right at the moment I have 4 or 5 of them in different sizes, more than I've ever seen in one place.
I think all but one is sold, I'm trying to get them done and shipped but I want to line then up and take a couple photos before I do.
I should have taken a pic of the really nasty one I picked out of a five gallon bucket at Bakersfield last year for $20. It was gorgeous under the dirt.

Thanks Neil, I appreciate the offer but I am so buried in work and playing catchup on the pile from last year I would never have time to do anything with it.

Sunday night, 7:30 PM, I just came in from the ranch cutting hay, spent yesterday working on a tractor until it got hot out, then came in and worked on a carburetor until midnight, went out early this morning to finish cutting so I can bale this week, worked on a Haybine until about 2 PM today, it's almost new, jumped a chain twenty minutes into cutting and bound up a sprocket, need some help or just some expertise -- probably take it to the dealer and just let the rest of this year's hay stand in the field. They are like everybody here, swamped with work and weeks behind. All our small repair shops that work on farm equipment are gone here except one and they are two mechanics short and two months behind.

I said hell with it and went to the Big Bull Bar and had a cheeseburger and a Corona, went back to the ranch and took an hour nap, just got home ten minutes ago.

I have a couple carburetors that need to be in the mail tomorrow, headed out to the shop.

Sounds like to much work and not enough fun time. I understand, going through some of that myself. Take care of yourself,we only get to be here for a short time. So we have to take time out and enjoy!
