Turn signal wiring diagram - am I going crazy?

I could swear that I saw a discussion recently about the details of a turn signal wiring diagram. I can't image that it would have been anywhere but here. Today, I was talking to a Model T friend with wiring problems and I told him I'd send him a link to that discussion. I can't find it. Did I dream it?

I have seen that too Dick, I thought.
I must be the dumbest tho. I look and see complex above. I scribbled just now, got it wrong the first 3 times. Not shown.
Here's how I do it at work I think. Sorry so simple
LED Blink isn't doing anything until the directional switch offers the lamps the juice to their ground and presto, it blinks.
We use cute little yellow 3" extensions for the toggle that ya stuff on. Not shown. True.
Living in madness ain't that bad.
EDIT: I did not show the L&R indicators but ya just double up at the switch terminals and it works.
I could scribble up another...

Duane, I found it useful to 'hard wire' the earth return if you are having earthing issues. Wiring back to the other side of the battery is more work, but you always have good connection.

Hello Dick,

Here's the link to the recent wiring thread.

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5517

Let's see if that link works after I post this.

Good Luck,
Terry

Here's the link to the recent wiring thread.
Thank you, Terry. That's the one. There may be a lesson here on stating the subject of a post. "HELP" is clear enough, but wiring isn't mentioned anywhere, so in my search of subjects, I was looking for "wiring," "turn signal" and the like and missed the thread. Glad your memory is better than mine. :D

Dick,

You are Welcome. Glad I could help you out. I hope you can get the info you are looking for. There are several similar systems, so I guess you will have to choose the one you like best or that will best work for your T.

Good Luck,
Terry

Looks like a legendary wiring diagram is developing. The diagram should consider what the rear tail light fixture is composed of. I think that's what is missing from most diagrams. For example each side could be a single bucket with a dual contact bulb or a set up involving two bulbs (one single contact bulb and one double contact) per side. So what gets connected to which contact? There are DOT laws governing various aspects of automotive lighting. I found this article very informative without the legalize. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automotive_lighting
One thing it noted that while amber turn signals are required for the front, rear turn signal color need not be amber, red is okay in the USA.

Interesting for me Adrian! Thank you for poking at me! :) True.
Makes me wonder how I wire the 12V earth return (or the power flow out if you believe that) from the down converter on that side of the 84 volt vehicles we build as the brain plate may be more isolated from the chassis than I think. Hmmm.
I may see some 12V grounding problems down the road but granted I do forget little details sometimes!
I wonder if we ground the lighting up front but how do I ground the converter to the chassis???... You knucklehead Duane, you run two wires over to the dash panels from the converter and connection strip.
Oop, sorry for the intrusion guys. I'll work harder to keep my fingers in check but great mental exercises for me personally! :)
Gee Duane, keep it to yourself huh?
I've a rock to get back under! :)
