Could be Herb. Looks like 4 brackets on the side. The American Wagon Co. Made a 2in1, 4in1, 6in1 and an 8in1. Funny thing, I told the wife if I made a cover like Dean's truck, we could go camping in it!

Shoot, I might camp in that ol' truck! For a night. Hmm, the box sides are awful tall on the TT that lives here... Room for 1.
Ya, too bad it weren't clearer but I bet the folks that took the photo were pleased as punch with their truck.
