I purchased an Atwater Kent model LA distributor. It’s in excellent condition but
1- I need the condenser
2- missing the spacer and washer
3-any advise on proper installation, timing and setup

Any help that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. The photo attached is not mine but a similar one for reference

I just looked and do not have it for that model. A VW 009 distributor condensor works great or one for a Mallory dual point.

If the spacer is the same as for a American Bosch 600 distributor - 1/2 in in length and slides over end of the cam.... I have some (price of the stamp)

The material in the "The Ford Owner" has a 1999 Copyright so am not going to copy it.
You will have to make your own rod that goes from the distributor to steering column, it has different shape and is longer then stock rod.

Here are four pictures of my original instruction sheet.
The first two pictures are of the first side. The third and fourth picture is of the other side. Hope this helps.

Upon further examination it appears my instruction sheet is a reprint that is currently available from Lang's. Since I don't want to violate any copyright laws or cause harm to Lang's, I wish my post could be deleted.
