I have a '22 Coupe and in that area to support the floor boards are wooden supports attached to the side. They rise at an angle to hold the edge of the floorboard. I'm sure yours is very much the same. I will try to remember to get some pictures tomorrow and post them if I can. Most of my rebuild photos were lost when my computer crashed several years ago.

Hi Mike,
I've been ogling your center door since I found it on Craig's List the first time you listed it. You are missing a "frame" of wood. The frame sits behind the firewall and has angled boards running towards the front seats. These are what the floorboards rest on. Will Vanderburg posted these photos. Thank You, Will.
Good Luck,
Terry

You're also missing a metal support bracket that screws to that front pillar upright to the frame rail.

and there also seems to be an "ear" of wood missing that goes all the way up to the front of the metal cowl piece.

I see others have posted the pictures you were looking for. I have the same floor supports in mine so there is no reason to post the same pictures again.
