A Thank You Note

Post by Original Smith » Mon Aug 26, 2019 3:08 pm

I would like to share a thank you note that I received this morning from Mike Francis, the owner of Classtique Upholstery in Lindstrom, Minnesota.
"You have been so helpful, that I don't think Classtique would be this successful without your help. I can't thank you enough for that, and your friendship. Take care my friend, and I hope to see you in Hershey."

Mike is quite gracious - he did a friend/customer of mine's '13 Touring full leather interior kit & canvas top last fall & it was very nice, both in quality and his helpfulness !

I had to re-do the top on my Roadster. the previous owner had recently replaced it and had cut the top and the straps too short, so the top wouldn't go down on the windshield. I was able to stretch the top material but needed new pads. Mike was gracious enough to talk to me about it, and sell me just the pads so I could repair the top. I'll use him for all my future needs.

I need to do my 1911 touring top. When I found the car, the car look like a piece of trash and the top was removed it. I restored the all car but I don't know how to start for the top???? I found used bows which I restored and bought brand new wood. Now I'm ready to do my top but didn't find any guy in east Canada able to make it...

I don't know if Mike or other gentlemen were able to help me?

Thank you for your inputs in advance.

You can get the top kit from Mike at Classtique, then pay Elizabeth at "Class it up" to come to your place and install it for you. :)

If for some reason you can't swing the trip yourself, you can have the top kit shipped TO YOUR HOUSE and Elizabeth will travel TO YOUR HOUSE with her trailer of tools and supplies and install the top kit AT YOUR HOUSE. :)
